The online claims process is so simple and I had my check within a week. The actual claim processed in 10 minutes, but I get a paper check so the extra time was USPS. It was so nice to know I had coverage when my dog was seriously ill

When my dog needed to go to the ER, immediate panic set in. She was collapsing for no reason and doing so repeatedly. I am so thankful that I have pumpkin and care credit. I was able to work with the ER and get everything paid and then pumpkin reimbursed me within a week. The amazing, Ciara with customer care in the claims dept was so kind and helped me through trying to figure out the pumpkinNOW settings outside of business hours so I could get my dog back from the ER. I am beyond grateful for their help.
