For some reason or another. The filing of this claim for my cat's Vet visit--was easy to get the claim approved, and faster to get it paid. Whatever Pumpkin changed on their end. Keep up the good work. I'm happy.

Everything is great, really! The only problem is that every time the rate goes up I get another step toward just not being able to afford it.

Prompt with refund. It was the first claim, easy yo do. Also we had a question about the refund, with a phone call and it was quickly taken care of and resolved.
