The Federal Direct website, customer service, price, online training materials for the Certified Acceptance Agent (CAA) course and the exam were of excellent quality, and outstanding preparation. Easy flow and full of great information

The CAA training was easy to follow, the training material was complete and I learned a lot that I didn’t know before I took the training. The system was user friendly and the staff person who I spoke to on a Saturday afternoon was very helpful, courteous, and was able to answer all of my questions. I will be taking additional preparer training in the near future with this great company.
