Thanks for your feedback, I do like your suggestion of perhaps adding more interaction based questions regarding problematic document identification vs the education focus we currently have. IRS is fairly rigid in what content they want to have presented, so we do have to be mindful of their wishes first. We do have a number of additional webinar format trainings that cover preparing ITIN applications and returns as a CAA where various taxpayers, spouses, and or dependents have ITINS which go through common scenarios and issues that I would suggest for a more webinar feel. Alejandro, I am sorry to hear that you are having volume and skipping issues. Our CTEC courses are delivered over the internet via prerecorded webinars. Unfortunately this does mean that if you have internet connectivity or poor signal strength you might experience some of the issues you mentioned. This would be similar to if you are trying to watch a movie on Netflix and everyone else in your home is using the internet for other purposes, the bandwidth might be getting taken up already.. If this issue is not already resolved itself, I urge you to give us a call and ask for Tony or Josh in our IT department, they can assist you in running a speed test on your internet connection and maybe identify if this is the issue. We have IT staff available M-F 9am - 6pm Eastern time at 800-399-6133.

I am sorry to hear that our CTEC 60 credit course is not going well for you. I will reach out to you today to see if we can do anything to help. Unfortunately CTEC strictly requires us to not show any feedback on missed test questions. We have brought this up to them as a negative aspect for students but they continue to maintain this requirement. All questions should be derived from the study material, video webinars and presentation slides. Be sure to download the full presentation packet before taking the text to use as a reference and resource. I can discuss this further with you and try to identify where the disconnect is. Luiz, sorry that we have not met your timeline for getting your certificate out. We show your course completed 12/6, certificate was sent via USPS priority mail with tracking on 12/9 and currently shows to be set to arrive on 12/13. If you would like tracking information please contact us on Monday and we can provide that for you or if you have any other issues please don't hesitate to let us know.
