Excellent training module. As a former U.S. consular officer, I have had ample experience detecting fraudulent documents. This was one of the best online training modules I have seen in the past decade. NOTE: There is one GLARING ERROR in your slides. When discussing where/by whom birth certificates are issued (slide 55), you have a bullet point reading "US consular abroad." THIS IS WRONG. You should either put "US consulate abroad" if discussing location or "U.S. consular officers" if discussing who does CRBAs.

It was easy to sign up, pay, learn and pass the test.

Very Easy and understandable

Easy to follow and perfect for the qualification I needed. I found that a couple of the questions were a bit obscure and hard to answer based, on the course, material ,but I passed first time, which was what I wanted.

So far I’ve been pleased with the training program.
