Easy to use, detail documentation.

I was able to study for the AFSP at home on my computer in my own time. The test was in depth and challenging. I found this to be much better than attending a two-day workshop and cost was much more reasonable. I highly recommend this course.

Although I decided the online experience wasn't for me they refunded my payment with no problems.

Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable, caring, and it's easy to reach a live person! The CE training is excellent an allows time for questions and answers.

The website is fairly basic and straightforward, which made it easy to use. I would have given it 5 stars, but finding the certificate after completion of the course was not very intuitive.

Have not received my certificate! They post on their site to get a digital copy of the certificate upon completion but that did not happen and their site - besides being very non-usr friendly- had no way to generate it. (to their credit when I emailed them they did send me one by email). But the 1 star is because I have yet to receive it in the mail, which is what I need to provide the IRS.... Update 1 hour later - they reached out to me by email and offered to send it registered mail within 24 hours, so I am updating my stars to 5, but pending reciept....

Great, to the point and best price I found. Very satisfied.
