Pergolux makes a great product. Sometimes communication via phone and chat can be annoying with them but they have responded to most of my calls. I got a sundream and then changed it to pergola s2 and got a motor for the auto louver function. Elite tech-These guys know how to get this installed. Did accomodate my request for earlier install but I did pay the premium. For such a nice pergola it deserves a professional install. I bought a Pergola S2 with slats and one screen. looks stunning. Good work Elite tech. Overall very happy with pergolux and elite tech.

I recently purchased a Skydance bioclimatic pergola from Pergolux, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Initially, I had ordered the Sundream S2 model, but due to long delivery times, I had the opportunity to interact with Rosario from customer care. Thanks to his availability and professionalism, we agreed on an upgrade to the Skydance model with a much shorter delivery time. The installation of the pergola was surprisingly simple. A tip for anyone who needs to assemble it: make sure you have a Torx T20 screwdriver and pay attention to the orientation of the side beam. This is the part where the slats will be inserted, and the side with the piston mounts should be on the same side as the electrical and LED wires. The final result is exceptional. The pergola is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional, offering extraordinary comfort and versatility. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and think it was one of the best deals I've ever made. Thank you, Pergolux, for transforming my outdoor space into a relaxation oasis!

My original review was taken off their website after less than 24 hrs: My order arrived recently. Based on information that this could be done without expert installation, I attempted this with one other person as the company purports that 2 persons need 4-6 hrs. We took 12 hrs and things aren't even yet completed. This was one of the worst installation experiences I've had as instructions are non-existent. The online instructions videos are fast paced, and PDF's have no written instructions. In addition, parts were incorrect/missing, and some arrived broken for example the plastic pieces adjoining the gutters. Others were missing. In addition, the incorrect controller was sent and subsequently installed, and it is virtually impossible to replace it with the new one sent based on its location. If you decide to order it would be best it seems to get it professionally installed so you should factor in that cost. It appears the company is trying to penetrate a market in many countries and rather than spending resources to ensure proper instructions in case one wants to install it without a professional, it resorts to the cheapest method with useless illustrations.

Update: Pergolux made it right by offering to help with the remaining installation issues and a partial refund. We are grateful and are now enjoying our Pergolux. We love the Pergolux and we appreciate the customer service team. Unfortunately the process has been a nightmare and the Pergolux itself has issues. We were upgraded from the S1 to S2 Sundream due to shipping delays. -The delivery service dropped a pallet and the solution offered is spray paint to cover the scratches, not a new piece. -Not all pieces for installation were delivered. -Directions for S2 are terrible. -It has taken multiple shipments for correct parts to be sent and we are still missing one. -Louvers don't open without the far left Louver (when standing inside) hitting a plastic strip installed on beam, which has caused damaged. Still no solution. -Installation team has had to come back 5 times due to all the issues. This has cost me so much money. Wishing I would not have been upgraded so that we could be enjoying our S1 Pergolux.

Very good product we love everything about it.

I deliberated SO much on which pergola to get. Lots of options. My landscaper told me to get a fully custom one which would have been thousands. Even he was impressed when the Pergolux arrived! Ours looks amazing and I’m very happy with the quality and design.
