PERGOLUX USAReviews of pergoluxshop.com

Great customer service and so far great product. Looking forward to using this pergola moving forward with all of our projects.

Just purchased the Sundream 10x13. Customer service was awesome, had some challenges with the delivery company, and they made everything right, and quickly also. Only complaint is that assembly instructions are vague. I did contact them and they sent what I needed or called with additional instruction. Quality seems to be top notch. Melissa was very helpful throughout the process! 1 piece of advise if you are doing assembly, you will need at least 2 people, take your time, print out the directions, look at them closely, check your parts! I did several steps twice because I didn't look at the little sub-sections of steps. If you are unsure, call customer service for help!

The customer service I received today was exemplary. Sophie was professional, efficient, and timely. She followed up with an email describing our conversation in detail. I know she truly appreciates my business. Thank you Pergolux for your cooperation.

I had some delivery issues beyond my control and related my experience to Pergolux. The logistics manager contacted me directly and was absolutely in agreement that my experience should never happen and was willing to make it right. I was shocked to receive that kind of after the sale quality customer service. I am updating my rating for their willingness to make my experience a better one and to stand behind their product. I hired some professionals to do some work at my house and also install the pergola. We found the instructions not as easy as described and lack of a printed manual a little frustrating and funny. The final process took I would guess about 10 hours and this with a licensed carpenter and plumber. Would have helped if the box with hardware was labeled as such. The S2 is a great, quality manufactured product and I would recommend it.

This PERGOLUX Skydance S2 took a while to get to us but the wait was so worth it. It’s so beautiful and sturdy and we genuinely have nothing bad to say about it at all. We have contacted customer service as there were some troubles with the delivery but they are so understanding and made everything so much easier. It’s so cozy and no wind gets in AT ALL, it’s very spacious and gorgeous. We are so happy with this purchase as it also fit into our budget and over all was an amazing addition to our home.

We love our new pergola from PERGOLUX. We won the ability to keep snow, sun and rain off the furniture, but still allowing light when we were sitting on the patio. We also got the heaters, white led lights and sunshades and all work great. Elite Tech Installs did a great job, modifying it to mount to our roof, giving us a little extra height and fewer posts. I highly recommend them for your install.

We ordered our 13'x16' pergola in Feb 2024. It's now almost the end of June 2024 and we still don't have a delivery date. I don't understand how they're still selling more products than they can fulfill. - UPDATE: June 2024 Customer service reached out. They notified us that we should receive it by the end of July. Will update review when we receive product. UPDATE: Sept 2024; pergola FINALLY arrived Aug 24,2024. About 6 months after order placement. I have to say, I really do love our 13'x16' pergola. I don't love that we had to wait 6 months for delivery and we didn't have updated information along the way. Although customer service did keep in communication via email when we reached out, they did not initiate contact with updates until my 1st 1-star review in June. Even after every email sent, we still didn't have an idea of when it would be delivered. And after the last email of estimated delivery date (end of July) we did not have actual product until end of August. I have to say it is a great product. Very sturdy. My husband and father in law put it together in less than a day but the directions were a bit difficult to follow as there are no written instructions, they're all just pictures. I love that we bought the 16' screen but we may add the 13' for added shade on the side. Overall, I would still recommend this product. It truly is a great product. Had we not ordered this specific size, it would have been possible to have received it sooner. But our patio is a large rectangle and this just fit our space better.

I have been shopping for a pergola for weeks. After research, I am 100% satisfied with my choice. From the customer service, all the way down to the product itself. Pergolux is hands down who you want to go with. Absolutely stunning pergola. I recommend 10000%
