Absolutely love the design. Sleek and minimalistic. My interaction with Melissa in customer service was top notch too. She was knowledgeable and patient and able to sort out any issues I had. Overall very positive experience and they have a good product that I can highly recommend.

Thanks, Anna! We love our Nordic roots too: Tried, tested and true wind ratings and snowloads in that climate. 😂❄️

Amazing. Thanks for letting us know, Eleana!
The Pergolux model is fantastic. It looks very sleek and clean. The louvres can open and close electronically. When they are closed, they are sealed so no water drips through. The screen is easy to operate and looks very neat and clean. The pergola is really solid and sturdy as well. Everything about the pergola is five stars. I did have a problem in the shipping process with incorrect parts being sent which caused delays. Melissa at Pergolux fixed everything though. She sent out the replacement parts timely and reimbursed me the extra cost I paid to my installer caused by the delay. My family and I will enjoy our Pergolux pergola for a long time.

Thanks, Wallette! We are happy to have you here. 🔥
I recently upgraded my backyard with a pergola from Pergolux, and it's been a fantastic addition. The modern design fits perfectly with my outdoor decor, and the quality of the materials is impressive. The installation was straightforward. I love that I could customize it to suit my space and style preferences. While it was a bit of an investment, the transformation it brought to my outdoor living area made it well worth the cost. Now, my backyard is not just more functional but also a beautiful place to relax and entertain.
