They provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. The pergola itself is beautifully crafted and durable. Customer service was responsive and helpful, making the entire buying process smooth. I would highly recommend Pergolux for anyone in the market for a premium pergola.

Nellie was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish. She greatly helped by answering any questions I had and was very responsive to emails. Thanks for your kind words, Ryan! We are thrilled to work with you on this project.
Not only does Pergolux make a high quality product, but their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever received. I’ve had several questions since I made an order. I live on the West Coast and have used their after hours chat to contact customer service and have had immediate response or an email response very quickly. We can’t wait to install our 20 x 16 Sundance with glass walls.
