Hi Ruy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the extended delays, the missing installation hardware, and the lack of communication regarding your order. We understand how frustrating it must be to wait six months and still not have all the necessary components to complete your installation. While we appreciate your positive feedback regarding your interactions with our customer service team, we recognize that our response times and communication have not met your expectations. Keeping you informed throughout the process is just as important as resolving the issues themselves, and we're sorry we fell short in this regard. At this time, we are in communication with our Custom Design team to investigate the outstanding items and determine the next steps toward resolving this matter as quickly as possible. We understand that this has already taken longer than expected, and we will continue to follow up internally to help move things forward. We sincerely apologize for the experience you've had so far and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Best regards, PERGOLUX Team
