We got the PERGOLUX Skydance in Anthracite and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The entire thing is extremely sturdy and appears to be very well built. The remote controlled roof slights and light is just super cool and exactly what we wee looking for. I also want to give a shoutout to both PERGOLUX for their quick shipping (ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Saturday) and to Elite Tech Installs, especially Yuri and his team, (they installed it the day after it arrived)! Not only is this an awesome pergola but the shipping and install couldn’t have gone any better. We can’t wait for the Spring to start using it!

Our pergola arrived on time and was delivered right to our front porch. My husband and I set it up and the directions were easy to follow. We love having a contemporary outdoor space for entertaining guests and spending time outside! The shade is great, we love the remote control and lights. It’s high quality and sturdy! A must-have for every backyard!

PERGOLUX stood out for me compared to any other brands. Melissa was very helpful with any questions and concerns we had before placing an order. The product is definitely on the premium side. Best of all is the customer service provided by the Perglux team and helping us to get in touch with the installer over at Elite Tech Installs. Highly recommend working with the preferred installer Elite Tech Installs. Those guys are amazing. Expensive, but worth it. very nice young man One thing we were concerned about was the ETA of the pergola to our home. She was able to give us an accurate time of arrival so that the installers could schedule the installation. Could not get an ETA from Hanso and other brands.

I ordered a 10 X 13 pergola and received it within 5 days. It was missing some parts and one of the piece was damaged. After speaking to Melissa, she quickly send me the parts missing. Wow really nice quality. Took us 3-4 hours to put together, my 9 years old grandson could have put this together like a Lego project lol Great product Melissa was very helpful and pleasant

We have not yet received our Pergolux, but we are expecting it very soon. In the meantime, we have to mention the outstanding customer service interactions we have had via email and phone with Melissa and Kurtis. The delay was explained and all questions were answered with patience and understanding. It is obvious they really believe in their product and care deeply that their customers are satisfied. Great job!
