PERGOLUX USAReviews of pergoluxshop.com

Melissa provided me with answers, great details and a delightful experience while navigating the website. After speaking with Melissa, I was comfortable enough to purchase the screen accessories for my 13X19 Skydance 3 Pergolux set. Thanks Melissa!

The Pergola is of very high quality and works great. The customer service is impeccable and Nellie specifically was wonderful in helping us.

The S3 is well built. Upon delivery of my boxes from the freight company, I had a question and called customer service and they did not pick up, which was frustrating. I was able to figure out the issue on my own. One part was missing, which was the louvre cover. Luckily it was not something that would have prevented us from completing the install. There were a few discrepancy between the written instructions and the assembly video. Video showed a step of installing screws to the beam cover but it was not in the written instructions. We went ahead and used the screws that were provided but not indicated in the written instructions to comply with the video. We called and spoke to the new orders dept to ensure someone will pick up the phone line and ordered the 16’ screen and requested the missing part to be delivered with the screen order. We did not install the heater. Instructions seem to show it being installed in the space for the LED lights. and we did not want to drill into the post/beam and compromise the structure in any way. Notice other people installing it on the wood panel screens, which we did not have nor want. So, we opted not to install and delay the overall installation process.

I recently made a purchase and, less than a week later, noticed that one of the items was now being offered for free as part of a current promotion. I called customer service to inquire about a refund, and without hesitation, Japhet and Nellie assured me they could take care of it right away—no hassle at all! Japhet also confirmed the delivery timeframe, which turned out to be much sooner than I expected. I’m beyond impressed with the seamless support and can’t wait to get the Sundream S3 set up!

We have had several interactions with Pergolux customer service. One related to a damaged part and the other relating to installation questions. We received a call or an email back very quickly every time and the company stood behind their product. We are very pleased with how we've been treated, and the Pergola is beautiful!

Everything went well except price fluctuations. People will probably wait/rush depending on sale of items. I bought at a time when it went on sale to only see a greater price reduction a month later. I bought another fan for full price as well to see it on sell for half price. Price reduction refund for 30 days? I believe that would give customers a sense of this company is really concerned about giving the customers the best deal because of price fluctuations.

Eric was great since the beginning of my order. He made everything look great

After tons of research, we purchased a PERGOLUX 13 x 13 freestanding pergola on July 4th, 2025. Our experience with the customer care team, including Holly Derkatch and Ayana Humber, was superior. They guided us through the process and the behind the scenes management is top notch. Thank you all for everything. Neptune Beach, FL
