We love the new pergola from Pergolux. It did take much longer to assemble than the instructions indicated but we still got it put together. We couldn’t be happier with the final product. Would highly recommend to anyone that asked.

Fabulous, Greg! 😍 Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review.
The product is great and we thoroughly enjoy our outdoor oasis. A little more difficult to assemble than indicated on the website. The instructions for the screens were very vague.

Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback, Cory! Hoping you and your family enjoy your PERGOLUX for many years to come. 🥂
I just want to thank the customer service rep Eric L for his help on the chat with my questions. I like how quickly I was able to get ahold of a customer service agent, he really helped solidify my purchase with Pergolux vs a competitor. We ended up with a 10 x 19 S3 based on the size, ease of assembly and the snow load rating (living in Ohio).

Glad to hear we could help, Jenn! 👏
We just got our Pergolux delivered and are super excited!!! It’s still in the process of getting built but it is looking beautiful so far. When our product was delivered the delivery company lost the glass sliding doors and we were super bummed for the setback. We contacted Pergolux and an employee, Avit Vazquez, was above and beyond helpful. With him reaching out to the delivery company we were able to get our doors the very next day so the installation wasn’t delayed at all. I am so grateful for his help and can’t wait to enjoy this Pergolux for years to come!

👏 Happy to hear, Anthony. Thanks for taking the time to write a review.
My experience with Pergolux was nothing short of exceptional. They were extremely helpful in getting my order expedited in view of having my pergola installed for an event. They also reached out to contractors in my area to find company's to help with install! Overall they were extremely helpful with all my demands and the pergola itself was 10 / 10 !
