I needed to change the ticket (reissuing) after my passenger had a no show. The options of what i could do offered to me were excellent. Optiontown was able to change the ticket for my stranded passenger to another date promptly. Many thanks

Amazing human qualities in the Optiontown team. Found them very sensitive to my needs. Had to make some changes to my Flight Pass bookings and they provided an exception to me by allowing us to book flights even though rules did not allow it for. Great stuff!!

The past two years I have booked my travel through Optiontown. Their excellent services, professionalism and support is commendable especially during this Covid-19 period with travel restrictions which has led to several rescheduling and extension requests for the flight passes.
