Dear Chipo Mache, Thank you for your wonderful review! Your feedback means a lot and encourages us to keep improving every day. We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again soon!
I have been an Optiontown customer for 2 years and have purchased several flight passes with my preferred airline. The experience improved over time; at first, they were a bit clumsy, but now they respond quickly and sort issues. Unfortunately, the airline I regularly used to travel to my home country increased its prices on Optiontown by 70%! It’s no longer convenient to buy tickets in a pass. I can save money by purchasing a single flight in advance from other providers.

We're really glad to hear you had a great experience with us. Your feedback means a lot and motivates our team to keep delivering the best service possible. We look forward to serving you again soon!

They sorted me out diligently

Very responsive on WhatsApp and also very professional. Their customer service is excellent. I would only fault them on “hidden” extra charges that pop up out of nowhere. For example they advertise a flight pass that shows an initial payment of xx plus instalments of yyy only to find the initial payment goes up by an extra $1,500 upon checkout!
