I have been using Office Ally for many, many years. They are very user friendly and provide all the information I need to get my providers paid! I highly recommend Office Ally and I do to any new provider I obtain in my billing service.

Our office nickname for this program was "Office Nemesis". Our company ran this program for about 6-7 months for our Nurse Practitioner and Dietician and had a terrible experience. It has a frustrating, outdated interface(several times their system went down and we couldn't access anything with clients there!) and an overly complicated process for even the simplest of tasks. Even just navigating the calendar, scheduling appointments, or having clients pay their bill is extremely tedious. There is a size limit on documents you can upload, which were never able to accept our simple intake forms. You cannot call them for support or training if you are struggling. The only training they offer are video seminars, which are held on their own timetable you have to schedule around. In the end these weren't even helpful and just wasted time. There are far sleeker, more modern programs out there that accomplish the same thing in half the time and without the constant headache.

Every interaction I’ve had with an Office Ally representative has been courteous and professional. Recently, I encountered a frustrating situation where my claims were repeatedly rejected, despite being correctly submitted. Office Ally took my concerns seriously, opened a support case, and within a few days, I received a resolution. Since then, my claims have been accepted without issue. That level of responsiveness and support is truly invaluable.

Buyer Beware Buyer Beware! They advertise as a free service but they don’t tell you that all the insurance companies that you bill are non-par and if in your first month of using their software you submit your first 2 claims at the end of the month that you will be charged their entire monthly fee for 2 claims because apparently they don’t bill you from the day you start using the service (like every other company in the world does) which is unconscionable! They even charged my credit card when I did not authorize it! Horrible customer service, horrible billing practices & horrible misleading secretive advertising!

The company is very responsive when I have issues which has been extremely rarely. I only use the billing system and it is very easy to use.
