Comparatively speaking, I have found Office Ally to offer lower-cost services that support my private practice. I appreciate the abilty to save billing profiles for clients and access other helpful tools. They also offer excellent customer service.

Exceptional customer service. I use it for prescribing, and my experience has been wonderful. Their software is user-friendly, and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend Ally!

This company will charge you for a month in advance, even if you sign up at the end of the month - you'll be charged for 2 full months. They are absolute scumbags. Their software (EHR) is the worst piece of software I've ever seen in my life, and I've been doing this for 20 years.

Affordable but absolutely terrible; unreliable & inconsistent, frequent inexplicable outages for which you cannot reach a human being for explanation or support.
