Big corporate lender that doesn't care about closing deadlines and takes forever to close a loan. Killed my deal through delay after delay after delay. For 10 days straight they said 'tomorrow morning', truly a horrible and very expensive waste of time and money trying to work with them. Don't endanger your project, work with someone else.

I had the pleasure of working with Zakary Marra on my first loan with Kiavi. Zak’s responsiveness to my questions, clear answers, and knowledge of the loan products were awesome. This is my first loan with Kiavi. Nathan P sent me an introductory video of himself which I thought was great and very personable. He answered all my questions right away and was super helpful to make the loan process go very smoothly. He went above and beyond! Nothing on him, but the closing wasn’t as smooth, as it took a few days after the closing to actually get funded, closed on Monday not funded until Friday. That had more to do with Stewart Title company, which I will never use again. Nathan did an excellent job and was a pleasure to work with. I’m in the construction process now. I’d definitely work with Nathan again.

I was very hesitant to try a new lender but it made sense because Kiavi has lower rates than my previous company. JP was straight forward, efficient and made the entire process as smooth as possible. Each step went precisely as planned out on day 1. I'm happy I made the switch and am currently under contract with the next one.
