I started a loan with Kiavi and let me just say customer service is horrible. You can't get one, but if you are creating one. You receive a representative in a heart beat. Everything is through email. When creating a rehab list of what you need, they will call you to tell you, you are underestimating. Ok, this could be true but when you are telling the person on the line I don't need your money to do a rehab and they keep insisting, then I have a problem with this. They don't get back to you until days later, there has to be a better system and they have a lot to work on when you hardly have any 5 stars review. Beware and do your research before working with this company. Respectfully
