With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

Team was fantastic, first time partnering with Kiavi. Needed some hand holding, and you all stepped up.

Thank you for your thoughtful review of Kiavi! We appreciate the time you took to share your perspective. It’s amazing to hear how much you value our service, and your feedback helps us continue to improve for customers like you.
It was good until your third party title company missed the deadline for several days, and I had to go ahead and pay vendors from my own cash without reimbursment, so much of the loan I had to pay service fees to get, I no longer need, so it has been money losing option..I would have done better with a hard money lendor with higher interest than the money I am effectively losing by choosing the "convenient", lower interest Kiavi option.

Kiavi provided a smooth process, their staff were extremely helpful, answering all questions and our customer experience manager was always available. The ONLY draw back was the title company they made our closing process difficult to navigate, with the exception of Attorney Johnathan. Thank you CLAY JOHNSON! You ROCK!

Fast casual indication regarding conditions.

Kiavi has become one of our favorite options for real estate financing. Their offerings are good and their requirements are fair. They use updated technology to make the process smooth and efficient. They have improved the draw process for rehabs, but it can be better. Overall, I would recommend Kiavi.

Process was easy, but funds on my draw have been delayed.

The communication and timeliness of the process was better than I expected. As a beginner I gained more confidence. Thanks to Dylan Miceli for his help and support through the process.

First deal with you guys, you made it very easy. Only suggestion is maybe on the first deal there is a walk thru of the portal and process so it can go faster from the borrowers side. Look forward to many more!
