Kiavi closed quickly, made their terms clear from the very beginning, communicated thoroughly and completely, made document sharing easy, gave me the impression they understood my goals and were on my team, offered reasonable rates and understandable terms for my DSCR loan, and I plan to build a portfolio with them. My CX Manager was Zak Marra; he was responsive, engaged, answered my questions with honesty and conservative optimism, and facilitated the transaction well.
