With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

I had the pleasure of working with Robert Rector and Zakary Marra. What an amazing experience! They were both super responsive, professional and friendly. I could not be happier with the experience. The website interaction was smooth and straightforward forward as well which is something that I never experienced with traditional banks. Shout out to Kiavi as well for running such an effective and efficient business as well. I had the option to procure my loan through traditional banks and maybe save 1 to 2 points but the amount of time I saved working with Kiavi easily compensated for that difference if not more and that's extremely important for a real estate investor like me.

I've worked with Tyler Rivers on two transactions now and my experience has been fantastic each time. Tyler is responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the entire process.
