With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

It was wonderful working with Maria Barnes. She made our journey from loan initiation to closing as smooth as I have ever experienced in a funding process. Whenever any issues or doubts arose, Maria effortlessly guided her team, the closing company, and myself to efficiently solve any hurdles that came up. I would highly recommend working with her team if Kiavi products fit your needs.

Tyler R. has been amazing to work with, and came in clutch for us on a deal that we needed to close on fast. The process was incredibly smooth—quick communication, streamlined application and closing. We closed in less than 10 days and we will be using Kiavi as often as possible for our real estate investing! Highly recommend!

I was stressing about funding multiple projects when Greg from kiavi called me to check in....I described the deals and my needs and Greg quickly helped me map out a game plan. He was quick to respond, readily available and knowledgeable during the process. A few weeks later my project was funded. I highly recommend Greg and the team at kiavi.

Zach, Mari, and the team stepped in and saved the day in a crunch! 2 previous lenders couldn’t deliver on the terms they promised and we had one day left before closing. From my first conversation with Zach he made me feel comfortable that we’d get to the finish line and QUICKLY. The process was seamless and the team was very responsive the entire time. We ended up closing within a week! Looking forward to many more deals with Kiavi!
