From Day one Nathan was very helpful, and guided us step by step through the process. Was able to give us very valuable information, and get our deal closed seamlessly. We’ve done 3-4 deals with him in about 90 days. Very responsive and even checks in from time to time even when there isn’t a closing in the pipeline.

Nathan Parente was in charge of our fix and flip loan and made everything incredibly easy and fast. Cage was our loan agent. Far exceeded my expectations. The decision to switch to Kiavi during our closing process was well worth it. I could tell from the beginning that Nathan took full responsibility for moving this forward quickly and had all around awareness / great judgment about the entirety of the process. I would definitely recommend Kiavi and will switch to a DSCR loan with them
