The process was easy and painless. Kiavi’s user interface is incredibly intuitive and user friendly. My loan officer, Zach, was responsive and a great help with the many questions I had as a relatively new investor using HML for the first time. Communication with Zach and the rest of the team was quick and on point even for me being a control freak 😂. They offer competitive rates. Have closed with them 2 loans purchase-rehab and refi-cash-out. Sure more to come! Would definitely recommend to others!

First off, let me say that the upfront part of my experience with Kiavi was fine. I worked with Andrew, and he is truly a class act. Efficient, Knowledgeable, and most importantly, very responsive. With that said, dealing with Nick and James is an absolute disgrace to customer service. Admittedly, we ran into a brief period of cash flow issues. However, I busted my butt to make sure I could make the 2 past due payments. I wired them the money. However, because the money arrived on first of month, rather than the last day of the prior month, they refused to take my loan out of default status, until the new months payment was made even though it hadnt become due until that day. Use any other lender. I've never encountered a company so eager to screw over their own customers. Rather than receive the two payments past due, they would rather send the money back and keep hammering me with default interest. Makes me disgusted.

Zach was great to work with. I know he did everything he could to get my loan processed as best possible.

Kiavi was efficient, quick and super friendly throughout. They have a great team with incredible communication for updates to make the entire process smooth/easy.

I had the best experience with Kiavi! The loan process went smoothly from beginning to end. My account manager, Zach Berry, was amazing! He answered all my question, was patient, and timely. This was my first experience using a private money lender and the service exceeded my expectations! Light docs needed, excellent service, and on time closing date. I will definitely be working with them again on future projects!
