With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

I’ve been working with Kiavi for 3 years now, and i had nothing but the best experience. The Most reliable lender, you can find. My account Manager Kelsee is on top of her game. We closed deals in as little as 5 days. Try that with any other lender. If you’re in need of reliable, trustworthy financial partner, Kiavi is the only way to go!

Kelsee is one of the best hard money reps I’ve worked with in a decade of me being in the business. Always available to take my calls with full of information as needed.

Nothing but good things to say! Kiavi has been our #1 trusted lender for the past 5 years. Behind our last 80+ loans, our manager Mike Polakowski has made borrowing through Kiavi the easiest and fastest lending solution we've ever used. Kiavi has helped us scale to one of the biggest flip companies in town! 10/10: I would recommend to anyone.

When Kelsee replaced Robby, I have to admit I was skeptical. I couldn’t be more excited to work with her today

Haley & the entire team was absolutely amazing. This was a last minute deal that they prioritize to get through underwriting. Not only did it get done on time but was done with time to spare. my confidence to bring more deals in has increased all thanks to Haley & Shamaria. Thank you!

I am very happy with Kiavi’s loan services. My account manager is Lina kawas and she is very professional, kind and helpful. I been an active investor for over 15 years and I can definitely say that I am getting a top notch service. I will definitely recommend to other investors using KIAVI and work directly with Lina for seamless transaction experience.

Bree and the team is the very professional and best lender in the area! With them I was able to scale to a new level in my flipping business!

Lina has been my account manager at Kiavi for several years and always does an amazing job for me! My loans close on time, every time. The only issue I’ve experienced is that their ARVs have come in low several times which has affected my loan amounts, but we have worked through that issue and seem to be in a better place with that. Otherwise, my reviews would be all 5 stars!
