With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

I closed on a property to flip today and all I can say is that this has been the most seamless process from financing to purchase I've experienced as a flipper. Thank you so much to ZAK MARRA and his team for making this usually tedious process, quite enjoyable! Communication throughout this deal was very smooth and I felt Zak Marra and his team were very proactive, hands on and extremely thorough. Again, THANK YOU!

Maria Barnes, my account manager for this project was awesome. We connected years back and her persistent follow up finally made a deal happen with Kiavi. Her non-pushy approach with me was key. She answered all my questions and made sure I was at ease about the process. I really appreciated that there were no surprise charges or changes, last minute, that could have lost us the deal. She was very professional and upfront about everything!

I've been using Kiavi for over a year now and am very happy with them. I am a high-volume buyer, and Kiavi were always able to close my loans on time. My account manager Adam Kaczmarek does miracles when it comes to resolving issues. Highly recommended!

We have been using Kiavi to fund our flip projects for years now and would highly recommend to any investors looking to leverage and scale their real estate business and portfolio. Kelsee Berryman has been our account manager and has been great. She always makes sure the process goes smoothly. All our closings have been quick and efficient with Kiavi and we love the online portal system which makes the process easy.

Nilabjo customer service during this process was top tier. Has an extensive amount of knowledge. Any question I asked Nilabjo he always had an answer. Thank you, the experience was one I can’t forget. Plan to do plenty more work with Kiavi and Nilabjo is a big part of that.
