With more than $18B in funded loans and 50,000+ projects nationwide, Kiavi is one of the nation’s largest private lenders to residential real estate investors (REIs). Kiavi harnesses the power of data & technology to offer REIs a simpler, more reliable, and faster way to access the capital they need to scale their businesses. Formerly known as LendingHome, Kiavi is committed to helping its customers revitalize the approximately $25 trillion worth of aged U.S. housing stock to provide move-in ready homes and rental housing for millions of Americans across the country. Traditional lenders rely on human decision-makers and paper-based processes. At Kiavi, our modern tech platform removes many traditional barriers, automates time-consuming manual steps and provides quick decisioning and true transparency throughout the entire process. With a wide range of bridge and rental funding options to choose from, Kiavi’s team of experts can create a personalized solution for our customer's investment strategy. Homeownership has always been an important part of American life. But now, just as Millennials are hitting the peak age for buying their first homes, fewer new homes are being built. In fact, today there are 33%1 fewer new homes constructed than just 15 years ago. Over 65 percent of the U.S. housing stock is more than 30 years old and in need of upgrading and renovating. And as the demand for move-in-ready homes continues to grow, residential real estate investors are needed more than ever. Kiavi is committed and proud to support today’s real estate investors in their efforts to revitalize these aged homes and provide move-in-ready homes and rental housing. NMLS ID #1125207.

Alec, his team and Kiavi are unbelievable. I have been flipping for 12 years and have worked with every major lender in America. I have never had a better experience than with Alec and his team. They go above a beyond every time. He communicates well and is open to work with me when things do not always come back as planned. The website makes the submission and management of the loan escrow process for easy and user friendly. Not to mention the best rates I have seen. I give Alec and his team 5 stars and recommend him to everyone I can. If you want to scale your flipping business he and his team are you need.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Alec and his team—Kelly and Craig—for over a year, and I can confidently say they are the best in the business. From the very beginning, Alec has been professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He truly understands the industry and goes above and beyond to make the lending process smooth and efficient. Kelly and Craig are also fantastic—always available to answer questions, provide updates, and ensure everything moves forward seamlessly. Their teamwork and dedication have made every transaction stress-free and successful. If you’re looking for a reliable, honest, and hardworking Lending Team, Alec and his team are the ones to trust. Highly recommended!

We’ve worked with many hard money and DSCR lenders in the past I have to say that Alec Thomas at Kiavi has been Top Tier in the business. Kiavi has been our go to lender for the last few years now and Alec is always on top of his game. Super responsive, on top of everything, and just overall good guy to deal with. The process is seamless and we’ve experienced some of the quickest and most effortless closings of all the lenders we have used in the past. 10 out of 10!

I had the pleasure of working with Bree as my main contact person at Kiavi, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Bree is incredibly responsive and has always made sure to address any questions or concerns in the most expedient and effective manner. No matter what situation I threw her way, she was able to handle it with professionalism and efficiency. Her ability to manage the entire process and keep everything on track, transaction after transaction, has made a stressful process smooth and manageable. Bree - thank you!
