A few hiccups downloading WS_FTP 12, but customer support was lighting fast to resolve the issue and get back to me. 5 stars.

I have been using this software for at least 10 years. Very dependable.

Great product --- I tried using maybe 4-5 years ago using an old version. Recently, I changed computer and had to buy a new licence of WS_ftp. The transfer of my sites credentials wasn't obvious but I found out a way and it's been working very well so far.

I have been running the application WS_FTP Pro since the days it was free for the MIT community. Lately it has a bug. When uploading from my Windows PCs (Windows 7 and Windows 10) to my Linux servers, in high traffic conditions, I keep on getting a message with words as follows: "File is already present [Skip] [Resume]" [I do not recall the precise wording]

The IPSWITCH WS-FTP 12 works great! I would recommend this company to anyone.

I've bought a licence but it doesn't work. Impossible to use!

A perfect and handy programm

I've been using Ipswitch WS_FTP Pro for many years now. I've tried other FTP programs every now and again but always returned to using WS_FTP Pro. It meets my requirements.
