Ipswitch FTP Pro is easy to handle even if you are not an experienced user. Download and installation were quick and easy, too. Ipswitch is to be recommended.

Very easy to use file transfer program. I find it much easier to use than Filezilla and definitely worth the cost.

You do not have to be a computer nerd to use Ipswitch. The user interface for moving files couldn't be simpler. FIles can be moved by simply dragging them from a computer folder to a website folder or vice versa. Also, the Iipswitch help menu shows how easy it is to create scripts that upload or download files from a website to a computer and schedule the scripts to run once a day or every 5 minutes.
