The text is far too small with no option to change it. This makes the screen very difficult to read.

Thank you for the feedback, Eddie. I'm sorry for your frustration. We do not provide explicit control over the fonts used, but rely on the Windows display settings to control this. This is a common practice in many Windows applications. I will follow up via email and provide you with steps that illustrate the font scaling setting in Windows 10 to adjust the global font scaling that is used.

I do not find it easy to contact the right help desk and then I have difficulties as I am not a "geek" but very much an elderly amateur. However, my problems have been resolved in the end.

I almost like it
I almost like it. Cumbersome to use. Poor font support on large screens. But undoubtedly reliable.

WhatsUp Gold
The technical support is good. Hopefully the software architecture can be improved to have true multi-threaded process, WhatsUp Gold can be installed on most machines. Some shortcoming in threshold alerts are overdue for many years, and difficult to manage and deploy, various monitor such as Ping up/down and ping availability are duplicated monitor in Active and Performance monitor, result in extra resources and load. Some plug-in such as APM, NCM, Virtual Monitor are quite stagnant and has a lot of room to improve, to catch up with competitor products.

WS Ftp Pro 12.7 is not copying back to My Computer correctly. I've reported the problem but have not received a response

I give WS_FTP 3 stars because
I give WS_FTP 3 stars because, while it is a really good software, don't expect any tech support. Almost impossible to get the. I bought WS_FTP Pro 4 months ago and it won't work now, keeps giving me a screen wanting me to buy it again. It won't accept the serial number I have and I can't get tech support. They have a phone number but I can't use the phone due to hearing loss, I depend on email and there's no email link. So looks like I bought a $89 one year license for a 4 month usage. NOT a happy camper!

Tom, my apologies for your frustration. I would recommend you open a case with our support group at https://community.ipswitch.com/s/. Once you are logged into the community, you can navigate to the Support section and open a case with Support about your issues.
