It is a good product. The performance is as expected.

This was a re-purchase for the new version. I have used this program since early 2000. It has always performed very well.

Like a Trusty Tool in our toolbox, this is our go to FTP client and has been for 10 years.

This is an excellent app for FTP... which is all I use it for. It is simple, easy to use and very fast and effective. Certainly, I would recommend this app to others.

I had the old free version of WS_FTP. Had to purchase the professional version of Ipswitch when WS_FTP no longer functioned properly after many years of reliable service. The professional version I have now works fine, but I liked the old free version better. It was simple, and it did the job,

The software works well. I am partial to the old "LE" version, it was comfortable and almost 100% intuitive, However the new version is good. Setup and operation is simple. What is not simple is trying to get Ipswitch to respond to my complaint about a cd backup copy which arrived badly damaged due to skimpy packing/ protection, and some ham-handed Neanderthal postal worker. Not an easy company with which to work. In fairness - I have a promise of a replacement disk, but my computer dosn't work on promises.
