I was contacted immediately that there was going to be a delay on my order. I appreciate that. I received the item faster than anticipated. Thank you.

This is my first purchase and not my last! Not only was customer service very friendly and understanding I received my package in great shape. I appreciate the item coming in quickly and in a good standing bag(not torn or messy looking). I accidentally purchased a size medium called customer service quickly asked if they could change it to a large and was told they would try their best and if possible they would. I appreciate the honest truth up front about the possibility of not being able to do so. Gratefully the item was switched to a large before it was shipped out. Once again thank you and I’ll be seeing you soon!

reliable, but not particularly quick

Product doesn't perform as shown. The thumb brace is very uncomfortable to the fit. The Velcro strip at the thumb is short

Ordered a splint for my wrist recently. I needed to get it very quickly because I was leaving on a trip abroad. Received it the next day. Amazing customer service. Thanks so much Rochelle
