Terrible company! Ordered filters for a Soclean 2. I received 4 in mid July (26) for $80.00. They're good for 6 months so I thought I had 2 years worth of filters. Nope, they all expire in January 2027. I had just replaced one so they were no use to me. After numerous calls and emails I finally reached someone who told me I could return them but minus 15% plus shipping was mine too. I told her that this was medical equipment and expired filters were dangerous due to ozone escaping into the house because the charcoal was not working. She didn't care and told me they were trying to get rid of their inventory because they were expiring. I was asked if I wanted a supervisor to return my call and I agreed. Nope nobody called. Very unprofessional and don't care about patients needs.

Misleading product information. I ordered a mask cushion from them. "These replacement full face cushions will fit all Siesta Full Face CPAP & BiPAP Masks" it said on their site. I received the cushion, unaware it wouldn't fit the specific Siesta model I had, since their site said "all" masks made by that company. I opened the package (a necessary step to eventually see that the product didn't fit), but CPAPXchange wouldn't replace it; they said it was already opened, so they couldn't take it back. They only offered a credit that would result in me paying them more. If I saw an ad that said something fit all Hondas, I would assume it wouldn't mean just a specific model. The wording on their site is misleading. I recommend choosing another CPAP supply dealer. * I've since read the other reviews that echo what I experienced. I guess I'm happy I'm not alone and that my situation didn't involve hundreds of dollars like some people. This company operates like a shady business, especially given that it deals with products that affect people's health.

I’d been ordering from CPAPX.com for years, but my last experience changed that. I selected the option to use my billing address for shipping, yet my medical supplies were sent to an outdated address in their system. Despite the error being theirs, they refused to resend the order or issue a refund and instead offered a $20 credit for my $53 purchase. Very disappointing—I'd recommend choosing a more reliable company.

I ordered a BongoRx device from cpapXchange noting the they have a "Risk-Free Trial or Money-Back Guarantee" and assuming that if the device did not work I would be able to return it. But, it turns out that they will not accept a return of this device if it has been opened. So how do you know it the device works if you can't open it?? Please read all the fine print before you buy from these guys

Terrible customer service! Telephone hold wait times are not accurate and excessive/ their chat feature is also slow and not properly handled-also long wait time/ return of unused opened headgear was not accepted and the unopened ones were being charged for a return- after finding out the size was wrong./ I was a loyal customer and they could care less - so I let them know I would use amazon next time! I kept the wrong sized items as it was easier than getting ripped from their poor return policy!

Terrible Customer Service & Zero Accountability I needed CPAP supplies before going out of town and specifically chose CPAPX because they promised a delivery date that worked for my trip. To make sure it arrived on time, I even paid over $60 for their express shipping instead of using the free option. They were slow processing the order, didn’t get it to the shipping company on time, and the package ended up missing the critical delivery window. Thankfully I found a local store that had what I needed, but when I contacted CPAPX to cancel the order, they refused. Their solution was to “refuse the delivery,” and then they told me they would only refund the cost of the supplies — not the shipping I paid extra for because of their delay. They wouldn’t offer a discount, wouldn’t make it right, and wouldn’t take responsibility for the mistake. So now I’m stuck with supplies I don’t need, money I shouldn’t have had to spend, and a company that clearly doesn’t care about customer experience. There are way too many providers out there to deal with this kind of nonsense. Use ANYONE else.

GARBAGE PRODUCT, HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered Luna CPAP Machine Used. It arrived yesterday. The duct where you power up with AC Adapter has no female receptable to insure 4 prong ac adapter so it does not work and obviously wasnt tested or they would have realized. I called to rectify this am. Supervisor Jennifer was rude, smug, arrogant and incapable of listening or problem solving. Instead she talked to me like stupid and hung up on me. This company is.just like their product and incapable supervisor Jennifer, straight garbage

I ordered a Luminex at CPAPXchange online on July 4 & I received the item, opened to see it & I realized it’s not what I needed. I called & emailed & found out they won’t refund the item. I paid $179 & now I’m stuck with an item that’s not as descrived. This really doesn’t disinfect CPAP tubing. Their description of what it’s supposed to disinfect is erroneous. Now I’ve lost nearly $200! I recommend you not be deceived by this company & also be aware that they’re not reputable & will not refund your money! Alicia Williams
