I purchased the smaller pillow, some an accident 20+ years ago, I have used this pillow.

Fast shipping and is ergonomically great. The amount of vibration could stand to be more intense.

No problem with receiving the item. Only comment I have is to the manufacturer, I think there should be a sheet explaining the use of the different heads/attachments.
