This was my second purchase of a Hale Dog Door. Loved the first one and when we moved to a new home, had to get a new one. I have a doberman and a doberman/shephard mix and they love using the dog door. Even though screen door mounted, it works great! Easy to clean to keep looking new.

I have a Hale pet door. I've had it for years. Recently my not very responsible daughter locked my Belgian Sheppard outside while she decided to exercise on the treadmill. The dog wasn't having any of it and tried to pull a well used flap off the door. The next day I was able to order a new flap from Hale. It fit perfect. I's nice to know the company is there to provide spare parts when they are needed. The best endorsement I can give is: If I ever need a new dog door, it will be from Hale. I expect that will be when I change houses, as the existing one is really well made.

I still have the paperwork from the Hale door I bought in 1999 for my Portuguese Water Dog! Liked it so much I bought a second one for out bedroom slider screen. We are still using both of them! Today we are about to install our third. Great product! Lasting quality. Easy to install. All three of my dogs over the years have used them, loved them.
