I have purchased & installed Hale pet doors for years. When I moved and needed to install doors in glass instead of walls the company was helpful and communicated well. In recent years Luke McGurry has continued to assist me even with less complex questions regarding cleaning and care.

I spoke with Eric on the phone? He couldn’t have been more pleasant. Took care of my situation. Got my order in and confirmed ready to go.

Hale Pet Door has more integrity than any company I have ever worked with. They really stand behind their excellent products and have a no hassle guarantee. A lot of others could learn by their example.

My first Hale door lasted 34 years but finally got beyond repair. (Always 4 dogs of our own and 40+ rescue collies over the years.) I am confident this new model is even better. The staff at Hale have always been courteous and most helpful. Robert Piehl

I’ve had a Hale Pet Door for 11 years! I recently had to install a new one due to the fact we got a bigger dog now. I loved it 11 years ago and I love it today! My dogs also love it. The new door I received is even 10 times better than the last one. Definitely would recommend hale doors to anyone!
