I love this litter box so much!! Once I got used to how it works it’s wonderful!! It sits in my living room and I’ve never smelled anything from it!! I had two cats using it but now I only have one using it. It the best thing I could have bought. I was having a really hard time cleaning out my old litter box. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and 1 neck surgery and it was getting really hard to bend over or sit and get up to clean the box. This has changed my cats life and my life in so many ways!! My cat just loves it. After it cleans itself my cat will go in and lay down and sleep. LOL I know that it’s not a bed but she never felt that comfortable in the other box. Plus I don’t have to worry about the door locking her in!’ It’s just an all around awesome box!!

It’s soooo convenient!! I hated scooping out my cat’s litter box everyday. Plus the smell. I have two females; one 5 years old and the other 2. I bought the Els pet litter box, at a little over $500, two years ago. The cats adapted to it immediately without problems. They would get weird about it cleaning but now it’s unnoticeable. The thing still works like a charm. Im so lazy that I only change the litter box when it starts stinking. All I have to do is change the waste bag in the back whenever there’s a hint of smelly waste. And replacing the litter is simple. The pan removes out so you can wash it outside if needed. That being said the minor issues I’ve had was the marking in the inside of the man fades away. I accidentally bought some new liners that has the minimum and maximum marking of litter for the pan. I was initially trying to by more waste bags for the litter box. All in all, I really couldn’t live without my cats and this product enhanced them living inside the house without the pungent odors. Thank you ElsPet.🥲

Works just like described. Once you get the volume of litter right it works flawlessly.

We ordered the cat watering product First they charge for shipping after we add additional to get free shipping ten called over and over never return call. Then when product arrived the water pubmp does not work and again they do not responsed by mail or phone . We purchase magor cat elctric box from them . We will never buy another item from this company

The litter box doesn't rotate until i push the button and it gets all over the floor. The product does not work the way it's supposed to. It may just be the one I purchased. I've called and left voicemails for customer service and have yet to receive a call back. I finally filed a claim with my bank because I'm not getting anywhere with Elspet.

This was the most awful customer experience I’ve ever had. They did not acknowledge the $230 promo discount and after requesting a cancellation before the shipping confirmation, as stated in their policy, they still charged me FULL PRICE and shipped the unit. Then after 3 weeks of requesting a return with full refund there was little to no response from their customer Service team. I was forced to resell this privately. I am out almost $400 and I will tell everyone I know never to buy anything from this company. Spend the extra money for a litter robot, their customer service is exceptional and it’s worth it.

Love it! Had cats all my life and these two refuse to go outside to do their business. Empty bag about every 3 days instead of scooping daily. With two cats it’s so easy.

We ordered 2 Gy color litter boxes and we received 2 white litter boxes with blue inserts and we have called and sent emails and proof of these packages and still no results. No refund, no nothing.
