I ordered one week ago but my order isn’t shipped yet ! When i reached out to elspet i received one of the most infuriating replies - we are dealing with a lot of orders ! Like is it my mistake for placing an order ? If elspet is unable to fulfill and manage orders then why are they taking our money happily ? I am also one of those “too many” paying customers and i deserve to receive what i paid for. After that single email i havent heard back from them. I requested now for a refund, will see how that goes. Moral of the story - if you see a horrible rating on trust pilot, then you better believe it.

I ordered 2 of the 2-packs of litter bags and was charged for 2 of the 2 packs. I received only one of the 2-packs. I have sent several emails along with screenshots of my order with the order number. NO RESPONSE!!! I wish I would’ve got the Litter Robot instead. Worst experience EVER!!!!

I received this as a gift from my aunt ( now deceased) at Christmas. I kept stopping in the dump position but I finally did get it to work properly. Now for the past 3-4 weeks it hasn’t worked and always stays in the dump position again. Now holding the buttons don’t change things. I contacted ELS Pet via email and explained the problem, they said send them the order/ receipt + video of what it’s doing. I explained I could get them a video and try to see if my aunts husband had or could get me the receipt/ order #. No luck so I explaining that to ELS Pet and now they just will not answer emails or do anything about their useless machine. DO NOT purchase from them !!! #junk #ELSPet #litterbox #ELS #Pet

Terrible customer service taking days to respond to any issues. Machine is faulty and on sending pictures as requested been told can't help as I binned original packaging, so now paid alot of loney for a faulty piece of machinery, DO NOT do what I did and think this would be great as is definitely not.

The product doesn’t work and the company won’t respond in a timely manner. When they finally reply (the live chat doesn’t work) they state ‘we are sorry for the delay but we have too many orders and are understaffed’! This is an expensive piece of equipment at £599.00, the customer service should be so much better than this. Awaiting a replacement or refund.

Don’t waste your money! Upon receipt of the self cleaning litter tray (£370.00) we set it up as instructed, despite the inadequate manual. The initialisation was simplified by watching some YouTube videos which reassured us that we had done everything as directed but the rake didn’t move. Several hours later after unsuccessful/non responsive live chat correspondence with the company and having tried everything suggested online we requested a replacement. 24 hours later we received a reply requesting us to try all of the troubleshooting that we had already stated had been done, all to no avail. Asking once again for a replacement we have now had no contact at all for several days and will be pursuing a refund via PayPal. Very disappointed.
