I honestly wouldn’t bother. Their customer service is shocking, you can’t get hold of anyone to talk to and they never get back to you. Had nothing but issues with our litter tray. We are currently trying to send the thing back but they refuse to send us a label. I’m honestly disgusted how a company can rip people off like this. AVOID!!!!!

I bought this unit and it doesn't clean up the rake doesn't work it makes a clicking sound once the door shuts and nothing gets cleaned. There is also a green light that comes on. I messaged the company with complaints and they did not get back, I spent $600 dollars on a piece of garbage so disappointed... bottom line don't waste your money

I purchased this in April 2023 . It stopped working. The door wouldn't close rake would get stuck.A few of the rake prongs broke(they had no replacement parts) I contacted the company. I followed their instructions. It still didn't fix the problem so they replaced the machine. Same thing happened with the replacement machine. There is obviously a fault with this machine. I ended up getting a refund.

Nach zwei Wochen Nutzung der Katzentoilette hat sich die Folie gelöst; ...dann hat sich der Reschen verharkt und ist schlussendlich gebrochen. Ich habe die Katzentoilette reklamiert und mir wurde nach wiederholter Reklamation auch ein Ersatz angeboten aber ich habe den Ersatz nicht erhalten. Da der Schaden unmittelbar nach Inbetriebnahme aufgetreten ist, habe ich die Geld-zurück-Garantie angefragt aber keine Antwort erhalten. Das Produkt müsste nachgebessert werden; eine sichere Folie müsste montiert werden. Die Firma uk elspet ist in der Gewährleistung, weil das Produkt von beginn an nicht einwandfrei funktionierte bzw in der Garantieleistung, da das Produkt unmittelbar nach Inbetriebnahme kaputt gegangen ist. Konstruktiv: die Firma müsste entsprechend ihrer Ankündigung im Internet, das Gerät zurück nehmen und das Geld erstatten - zu mindestens aber für einen funktionierenden Ersatz sorgen.

Smart litterbox would not turn on when I received it. Tried troubleshooting and the machine jammed. Tried numerous attempts to contact company. Response from them was owner was sick and could not write back, but wanted me to try trobleshooting again. Did not work. Tried to contact company, received no response. Huge waste of money. They should not be allowed to sell this product!

When I bought this litter tray there were good reviews but since then lots of negative reviews have popped up. The litter tray does work reasonably well when it first arrives but you will need extra supplies for it to keep it functioning, such as the sticky back plastic cover for the base which is essential to stop the urine soaks litter sticking to the floor of the tray, which stops it being picked up by the mechanism. This plastic lifts after a while and needs replacing. But when I ordered some, nothing arrived and no replies to my messages to the company. I’vd had to be PayPal to refund me. The result of that the tray is all but useless to me now. I tried to leave a review on Amazon to warn people but Amazon won’t accept my honest review. Presumably because I bought the direct from elspet rather than via Amazon. Avoid.

I am really disappointed. We bought our device in February and have issues. But no answer from the support at all, we wait since > 14 days. That's the worst customer support I have ever seen. Save your money. We have several automated litter boxes and this is by far the worst support. All others answer within days and elspet advertising answer within 1-2 days and nothing happens. We hope they still will answer.
