This company is an embarrassment. They had a customer service number on 12/8/23. I canceled an order through customer service at that number. The order had been placed about 10 minutes earlier. They charged and shipped the item anyway. They claim there is no customer service number, which is accurate now, but I have a screenshot of it from an online search, and my call record matches. They want me to now pay for shipping, a 4% restocking fee, and a 5% inconvenience fee. Here we go to court. Unbelievable. Beware.

Company sent two units and charged me twice. Asked me to return and then they would refund unit and transport. They received the unit over 3 months ago as well as proof of delivery and I have been chasing ever since for them to refund and acknowledge. They just ignore all correspondence… avoid at all costs. Its a shame as the unit we have kept is actually pretty good but the customer service is none existent. I will now need to take further legal action against them.

The instructions included are written for a person's unit that works. I will have to return the unit since I am unable to get it to WORK!

This company is a fruad I'm reading the reviews and I'm here for all the same reasons another Chinese scam company that ripped ne off ignore elspet I tried to exchange cuz I received a defect they never git back to me

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! AVOID. I have not been able to return this damn litter box. I have emailed them over 50 times to no answer. They have the absolute worst customer help. They're another Chinese scam company. DO NOT BUY.

Poor scant instructions for a complex and expensive product. Company has no phone number and have never responded to my numerous questions through there help email. I am afraid to do anything more with it without the detailed instructions. They have not responded with my request for RPA. They want everything packaged as brand new, but that is impossible when you need to dissemble, reassemble and test the machine. I just lost a lot of money i think. Considering donating it to a shelter.

Just bought the Elspet on Black Friday! Do not be fooled like me. I bought the 2 year warranty also! It’s a scam you can only contact the company through email if they even reply at all. Terrible reviews on Amazon that I should’ve read! The litter box sucks and if it breaks they don’t reply! It says free 30 day trial but you have to pay $90 to ship it back and an extra $60 cleaning fee if used. It’s all lies!!! Dumb Chinese product and company that doesn’t speak hardly any English. Buy something better even if more expensive!
