Quick, packed right!

I ordered an emergency part to make my gas water heater work, its winter. I ordered on 1-17-24 and as of 1-24-24 have not heard from them in any way, and received nothing. I tried to call 4 times and every time the number was not working at all. I emailed them and there was no response, so far. This is harmful.

The part that I needed was shipped out quickly and was quite a bit cheaper than other suppliers that I shopped around at.
