Poor customer service
After my refrigerator died, I ordered a new one from yale from a very helpful salesperson. It was going to be a few days until delivery was possible, and they were going to call me the day before for a Time. It happened that the time frame they picked directly coincided with my mother-in-law's 90th birthday party. They were very unwilling to try to work with me for a better time slot, and told me that I just had to flat out reschedule. I understood and accepted the time. In the refrigerator arrived it was too big to get through an internal doorway, which I acknowledge is at least half my fault for not measuring, but I was never asked. After consulting with my salesman we had another one delivered that would fit. When it arrived it had a dented front. While talking with customer service, the person told me that LG would be responsible for coming out replacing the door if I kept the refrigerator. When I asked if there was anything they can do because I now had a scratch and dent refrigerator, she refused to work with me at all. The salesperson Todd was wonderful, and the delivery guys did a great job. But as I assume this is representative of their delivery and service department, I would never do business with Yale.

We’re sorry the delivery and service process fell short, from the scheduling concerns and the refrigerator that did not fit to the damage on the replacement. We also regret that our explanation about replacing the damaged door was unclear and that your request for consideration left you feeling we were unwilling to help. We understand you chose to receive a full refund. We appreciate your kind words about Todd and the delivery team, and we’re sorry the service experience did not meet the same standard.
