Waiting for what I ordered to arrive. So far so good.

Ok, so ill be fair about this, when I called and asked them if they had a part in stock, they said yes and I expressed how concerned i was about it shipping the same day to keep a customer happy. They said with hesitation would ship the same day. I noticed on emailed invoice that they included sales tax, and as a reseller, we are tax exempt. I sent an email asking for tax to be refunded. Now, expecting the item had shipped, I get a call 2 days later asking for tax exempt certificate, which i shouldve been able to just give our number, and notified item had not shipped. Now Im upset, because why would I care about $4 in tax when part is holding up $5,000 job and now customer is upset! Why wait 2 days when expressed how important it was to ship same day? As far as the price paid, yes, I feel like I got gouged, but you did have the part and we needed it, so you get a gold star for that.

Well, Yale did it again. A redesign and I will have to cut down, re-drill the holes for the roll pin, etc. Yale will never change. I've always had to wait for an order from Yale, same this time. Thanks for your service. Locksmithing since 1957.

I ordered a lock that you did not have in stock, it was a rush job. I was told it would be 3 to 4 weeks for delivery. Very dissatistisfied and so is my customer.
