We are grateful you took the time to share your review, Dan!
I attempted to contact administrators on several occasions. All they did was mark the incident as completed without providing any response. So I have gone almost three months now without an answer to my billing inquiries.

Phillip, we are sorry this was your experience. This is not what we want to be providing. We are looking into the Renters you have worked with as well as where our communication fell through. Thank you for sharing your feedback so that we can work to improve your future reservations.
These bad reviews are all accurate and I have experience pretty much all of them. People please read reviews on companies and products. If I had read the reviews before using I wouldn't have done business with them. You live and you learn..!!
