The system did not work well. There were flaws and it did not update as expected. Also 2 weeks later and I’m still waiting to get paid.

Better communication reached out a couple times during regular business hours, couldn't reach anyone call not returned.

Issues w renter and minor repairs. Low fluid and COOP took truck off the platform for 10 days at renter’s request, who continued to drive as per tolls. Rep updated platform after I provided docs. COOP would not return calls.
