It does take about 5-7 business days to process payouts once the vehicle has been confirmed to be returned, but one of your reservations is definitely passed this typical timeline. Please know that we have identified this process as needing improvement and are currently taking steps to shorten the amount of time you are waiting on your deposit refund so that this does not impact you in the future.
