No matter the issue Samantha T. takes care of it in the most professional manner. She is an extremely good communicator and always keeps me updated with the trends and other factors that may affect my business. Very valuable asset to Coop.

Thank you so much for sharing, Kyle! You are a valuable partner. We're happy to have Samantha on our team to help support you and your business.
Issues w renter and minor repairs. Low fluid and COOP took truck off the platform for 10 days at renter’s request, who continued to drive as per tolls. Rep updated platform after I provided docs. COOP would not return calls.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you, Keedrick. We are looking into this reservation and what caused our lack of communication. We are grateful for your feedback!
My experience overall has been great. Customer service is great and Artea Freeman is awesome! I only wished that Coop had more renters. There have months when my equipment was been not rented for weeks.

Elvin, we are so sorry that your experience did not quite match your expectations. We would like the opportunity to speak with you to resolve any issues so that we may deliver a better experience in the future.
My truck was damaged by a renter and the customer service time lied to me and refused to help with my claim. I’m still waiting on the information in writing that I signed which would show I had to have the truck diagnostic done within 7 days. 3 weeks later.
