It would be great for a long term rental from a customer that we get paid by-weekly rather than once a month!

Tim, thank you for sharing your feedback with us. This is an area we have been exploring for improvement. We are grateful that you took the time to communicate how we can better support you and have passed your suggestion along to our team!
I have not received a reply in over a week and they claim they send payment right away but that has not been the case.

Marina, thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! We are looking into this with our support and billing teams to understand what is causing our delay in communication. We will be following up with you.
I have spent over 60 thousand this year! You offer no incentives, takes too long to receive the deposit refunded, takes forever to talk to customer service, and the insurance and roadside prices are ridiculous
